Truffle Risotto pairs well with Ariston's EVOO, Ariston's Truffle infused Olive Oil Ariston Classic Seasalt & Ariston's 4-Peppercorn Pepper. The risottos contain Italian Carnaroli rice as the main ingredient. Carnaroli rice is even starchier than arborio, so it makes a truly restaurant-worthy risotto. You can follow the suggested instructions on the box and add water. This product is NON-GMO, GLUTEN FREE, and NO SALT ADDED.
