KESH Moroccan spice mix is the perfect all in one North African spice rub. It is beautifully perfumed and balanced. Sure it makes cooking a Tagine easy and authentic, but try it as a seasoning with a little lemon and olive oil on grilled or roasted chicken, fish, seafood and veggies and thank me later. It is also super on mixed nuts, and of course as a sprinkle on hummus.
